We recognise the valuable part exercise plays in keeping our youngsters fit and healthy, that's why we welcome young players at all times.
Our England Squash qualified coaches are keen to promote Junior Squash & Racketball participation. There are structured coaching and training sessions and equipment is available to borrow.

Fitness for Fun is an hour long session aimed at youngsters looking to develop confidence in sporting activities in a friendly, welcoming environment.
Activities include a variety of sports, routines and exercises such as table tennis, racketball, squash, circuit training, gym work and more.
All abilities welcome.
