We have a fully equipped gym, including:

Cardio Vascular (treadmills, rowers, step-machines, bikes, cross-trainers, etc)

Resistance machines for the whole body

Free Weights, dumbbells and benches

Abdominals Area 

Our instructors are here to help in any way they can. Personal motivation sessions and tailored workouts are offered to all members at no extra charge.

Personal Training with Harrison & Lucy

Our Instructors offer PT sessions at a range of times to suit you. They are Level 3 qualified instructors and offer personal training expertise tailored to your exact physical needs. They specialise in training programmes that are achievable, varied for interest, and include that latest thinking and ideas on getting fit & achieving goals.

Charges for personal training start from:

Half hour session: £8

Hourly session: £15

Block booking of 5 sessions: £60 (first session free)
